It’s become rather a tradition in our family that on special occasions, e.g. birthdays, the family member in question picks whatever meal they would most like and I cook it for them. This is one of my all-time favourite comfort foods. If I’m feeling cold/ill/tired/a bit miserable/just bloody hungry this is what springs to mind. Garlicky, creamy, salty, cheesy, yum.
